Random update

For the past several times I wrote on my blog, when I pushed submit it gave me an error and DELETED it all!! I was so mad that I didn’t want to write it again! So now I’m writing it on a word document and copying and pasting! Take that stupid blogger!

So since July 16, my last entry, my summer internship ended. I’ve had the past few weeks to read lots of books, drink too much starbucks, hang out with friends, and help my church get stuff together for the Kenya presentation we had this past Sunday. I’ve baby-sat some, slept too much, watched random TV shows (which I will explain later), and gone to bible study.

As I baby-sat a 1 year old boy Tuesday and today and will two days next week, a thought occurred to me. Whenever he wakes up from his nap, he cries. I’ve baby-sat some kids that just talk out loud and then I go get them, but he cries. Which I suppose is the norm. But can you imagine crying every time you woke up?! What a drain it would be! And when I go to the bathroom, since he can crawl and stand while holding onto things, I stick him in a play jumpy thing so he’s stationary while I go to the bathroom and he screams the whole time. If I walk from the living room to the kitchen (connected, but a half wall divides them) and can still see him, he cries and quickly crawls to me. It’s somewhat exhausting.

So TV shows. I used to watch Clarissa explains it all and then Sabrina the Teenage Witch where Melissa Joan Hart was the star of both. Well now she’s in a show called Melissa and Joey, and Joey’s real name is Joseph Lawrence! So it’s funny they both have their own names in the show. Anyways I’d seen previous and advertisement for the show but never watched it. I looked online and they had ALL the episodes since last August (which was when it started)! So I watched the first 6 and will probably keep on because they’re funny and I don’t have a million other things to do. Waste of time? Kind of.

Hmm, not much else to say really. And most of the above was just rambling.
